I grew up in Dothan, graduated from Northview High School in 1979 and went on to graduate from Samford University in Birmingham in 1983. Interior design and being
creative has always been second nature to me. I have always admired beautiful rooms and at the same time fascinated by the colors, fabrics, and furniture used to make that room come alive. Embracing my mom’s love for beautifully crafted fine furniture and always seeing our home reflect what I always thought should have been a magazine article paved the way for me to delve into my passion for interior design. Over the course of time, different individuals would contact me about helping them with their room design and I was always happy to oblige. In 2010, I launched into the design world full force and have never regretted that decision.

What actually prompts us to desire a certain look? The answer is “inspiration”. We all have an inspiration, whether we know it or not, that sparks and motivates a particular choice in clothing, automobiles, hair color, and yes, even in design! From my experiences during my travels to some absolutely gorgeous places, I will often be so inspired by something I’ve seen, that it influences some of my own personal designs. By using your inspirations and/or passions, I’m committed to focusing on a distinctively detailed design that completely embodies your personality and lifestyle. Mixing in a cherished piece that you have, which by the way can be YOUR inspiration, creates a beautiful room that is even more unique to you. Ultimately, my core focus is to make your space the best it can possibly be.

Christopher Ball is a native of East Tennessee where he attended Carson-Newman University with a major in Fashion Design. His previous design experience includes working with Ralph Lauren Company. After the devastating 2016 wildfires in the Smoky Mountains, Chris worked closely with the largest destination rental company to redesign over 100 properties throughout the Smokies. In 2021, he became the newest member of the Dennis Lee Design Team, bringing with him a forward thinking design mindset that gives him the ability to work with clients of all esthetics. His inquisitive mind equips him with the ability to learn everything there is to know about a piece of furniture before ever placing it.
